What does “re-download for at least five years” mean?
When you spend a credit, we save that pack version to your account. You can download it again from My Setups for at least five years from that day, without a subscription or another credit charge. Buying credits does not start that clock.
This covers the saved files, not future setup updates. If you use another credit to get a newer version, it replaces the saved version and starts a new five-year period. Keep local copies of any older versions you want to retain.
After the five years, we may stop hosting that version with at least 90 days’ notice and a chance to download it first. Files you have already downloaded remain available for your personal use. The hosting period does not guarantee compatibility with future game updates.

What’s a Setup Pack?
Setup files for one car at one circuit in Le Mans Ultimate. A pack includes all its available variants, such as Endurance, Sprint, One-Lap, Forgiving and Wet. Check the pack page for the exact files included. The game and any required DLC are not included.
When do I choose my five packs?
Whenever you need them. Buying five credits does not commit you to five packs straight away. Credits do not expire, and buying more adds to your balance. The pack version is saved when you redeem a credit, not when you buy the credits.
Can I update a pack I own?
Yes. When a newer version is available, you can use another credit to replace your saved version. This starts a new five-year re-download period. Re-downloading the version you already own never costs another credit. Keep a local copy if you want to retain the older files too.
Can I keep a pack in My Setups while subscribed?
Yes. Use a credit to save the current version as an owned pack. Downloading through Full Access alone does not do this, and it does not update an older version you already own. While subscribed, downloads always use the latest published setup files; after your subscription ends, owned-pack downloads use your saved version.
What happens when Full Access ends?
You lose subscription access to the catalogue, new downloads and Portal Connect installs. Files you already downloaded remain yours to use personally. Your unused credits and separately owned pack versions stay on your account, with manual re-downloads available for their included hosting period. You can also unlink your PC from Manage devices.
How do the Full Access download limits work?
Full Access lets you download up to 30 new Setup Packs in any 24-hour period, and 200 in any 30-day period. That gives you plenty of room to try different cars and circuits, without limiting how often you download packs you've already accessed through Full Access.
The limits are rolling, so your allowance becomes available again as older downloads fall outside those periods. Portal Connect installations count towards your allowance when requested. If an installation fails and affects your limit, just get in touch and we'll help.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
You can turn off renewal from your account and keep Full Access until the end of the paid period. Cancelling renewal is separate from requesting a refund. See our cancellation and refund policy for the applicable conditions, or contact support if you need help.
